this is an issue because you've mixed the old client with the new one im guessing.
update to the newest client.

This solved my problem:

PAD01642.paz error is eating all my characters

My main character is gone. Created a new one yesterday, gone today. Made another one and doesn't even made it to the starting area. This error crashes the game and won't allow me to come back. Please help us, Mother Russia!
