PAD01642.paz error is eating all my characters

My main character is gone. Created a new one yesterday, gone today. Made another one and doesn't even made it to the starting area.
This error crashes the game and won't allow me to come back.
Please help us, Mother Russia!

hello, I encountered the same problem, delete the PAD01642.paz file from your game folder and then performed a "force check file". this solves the problem for me

you guys have to delete the old folder and download/update from new links or force check client from the new launcher.
