i think its fair that the rescue points in olvia...its lil bit more to the center...between velia, heidel, calpheon...its not really fair when u said " usually player are located in the city of Velia ", how about the player on other city, calpheon, heidel etc...just because some might think its inconvenience for them, doesnt it mean for all...and i also can said like " usually player based in heidel and make .rescue go to heidel ", also its faster way to reach karanda boss to whos sorta got a late notice
