Kuno Class movement restriction bug.

THIS BUG IS AFFECTING THE KUNOICHI CLASS ONLY.

This usually happens if i start moving, either a lot or just a few meters (like walking to the next sheep to skin at sheeps mountain)

and i have no clue why this is happening here is an example.

Known factors.

- Interacting with NPC's / any UI element greatly increases the risk of it happening a short while afterwards.

Cause is unknown, up to now it has never happened "in combat" only walking / running around normally it seems to happen.

Here is another recording of the same thing happening without tabbing out of the game.

The notice message also pops up when the bug appears, though rarely.

So i just tested it and this bug comes 100% from Kuno. I get the same issue especially after any Vendor interaction. This is not Ping related, since im very close to the Server and don't have it with any other Class.
