i tested it, only upgraded have this bug (caravel, galeass, carrack), base not have, check it fast please

Velia warf manager does not repair boat

i can confirm this bug, ship is unable to be repaired on all warfs. I can't do my daily quest from OE or barter. Fix for next patch please.
