Problem with pets crossing

1. Does anybody know why it can happens?? I've tried nier 5 times with different pets but they don't apply new look (I think this kind of problem happen only with "monster-pack" pets.... I lost my golden dragon, which I received from Garmoth T_T
2. Кто-нибудь может помочь разобраться с проблемой? Пытаюсь сменить внешку при скрещивании петов, а она не меняется. Я уже наверное раз 5 пробовал. И по моему проблема только с петами из "монстропака"

As i said. I've tried maybe 5 times few times with same pet, few times with diferent. But there is always same resault when i do it with "monster pack" pets. I'll try tomorrow more times with different pets (rare, classic, rare from monster pack) and make a video
