the bandit is there...u need to catch them at the right spot..if u cant find at 1 spot, try another one..there bunch of them on the map..the seal is exist

They are moving from somewhere to somewhere but probably they are beyond the place. It is like position bug.

Yeah that is what exactly talk about. They are moving towards walls, walking through them. Maybe the guy (@Simple) have a wall hack to get some seal LMAO.

they are keep moving, sometimes they are underground sometimes u need to be on horse for they to spawn in, sometimes u need trade item in horse for them to spawn in....its not a big deal....there plenty of them on the whole map....its not a really big deal if they not spawn where the icon is...since bunch of them and from 1 u can gel plenty of seal....ever u notice why other dont mind of them for some spot...yea they dont...they move on
