Beast Draught cant use blue elixirs

We cant use the blue version of the following elixirs to craft Beast Draught :

EXP Elixir : https://bdocodex.com/us/item/715/

Grim Reaper : https://bdocodex.com/us/item/713/

Elixir of Will : https://bdocodex.com/us/item/703/

All 3 above shoud be substitutes for the green elixirs with a ration of 1:3. ( 1 blue substitutes 3 greens)
