[Shai] Error shown when casting skill

How to recreate the bug :

1. Use your shai character.
2. Press RMB to cast One-Two-Three V.

Sometimes it will show [Please try again in a moment.] while the character freezing (like when you're stuned/stiffed) right after the first florang were thrown.
