sage succession contains serious bugs

First, this skill called Prime: Overdrive is supposed to activate whenever any skill is used, and it should stack 10x. The issue here is that it is only activated by the skill Shift+F, and its stack doesn't exceed 2x.
Additionally, it is supposed to reduce the cooldown time of the skill 'reset,' but that is not happening.

Rift Chain: This is the most important skill for this character. When activated, it is supposed to provide two seconds of super armor. This super armor should be visible in the Buffs bar, but this is not happening. I have tested it, and I do not get the 2-second super armor.

I came to this server to play with this character, and I am extremely frustrated right now
