Not Able to extract costumes for crons that i just bought on MP

so i just bought 10 Costumes on Marketplace and 2 of them i cant even open. and then there was 2 outfits that i cant extract for crons.

- Cant open the boxes called:
[Maehwa] Rakshande Premium Set]
[Maehwa] Glorious Shudad Premium Set]

- i assume the other outfits that i bought is Blackspirit Costume. that they can list but not extract for crons.
- personally i think you should be able to extract for crons even tho iknow you get it for free as a starter outfit. but instead of having this happen to everyone.

This is something almost every new Player goes through. Many of the Boxes cannot be opened and People who bought them, put them on Market after they found out. Now you bought the broken Boxes and stuck with them. Keep those till they get fixed or just delete them. I mean Pearls are free, no big lose at all.

Making the Free Outfit extractable wont happen. Otherwise everyone will just create endless Chars and get Thousands of free Crons every Day.

what about just removing the free outfit then? allso i just bought a outfit for my horse thinking '' Lets get some more horse EXP '' and waow cant open it. Big Sadge. ( DONT buy the Blitzen Horse Gear Set ) cant open it
