Issue with wagon transfer's

So today i send 386 shakutu seal to shakutu via wagon number 2

changed characters and headed there,

once i arrived i have no shakutu seals in the transfer log and i check and they not in velia anymore either.

did i just lose my seals?

They'll show up eventually, changing characters before claiming just causes the items to go into item limbo for a while. Never change characters when you do wagon transport, since the transport happens automatically anyway.
