Add failstack exchange with Concentrated Magical Black Stone (Armor/Weapon)

We all know retail added failstack exchange with blackstones but since we have 10x we have a lot of Blackstones, to make it a little harder add exchange with concentrated.
I think Concentrated Armor exc list is good like this and a bit less for Conc. Weapon
1000x for 70 failstack
600x for 50 failstack
300x for 30 failstack
150x for 20 failstack

It shouldn't be too worth cuz ppl still should be able to make their own failstacks but when we want fast failstacks we can just buy Conc from market and get fast failstacks or its just ppl if they dont want to spend time on failstacking
