sage succession contains serious bugs

First, this skill called Prime: Overdrive is supposed to activate whenever any skill is used, and it should stack 10x. The issue here is that it is only activated by the skill Shift+F, and its stack doesn't exceed 2x. Additionally, it is supposed to reduce the cooldown time of the skill 'reset,'...
