Sailing/Barter Improvements

Everything on the server seems to be 10X, except the sale cost of Tier 4/5 bartering goods to vendors. To be consistent they should sell from 75 to 150 million not 7.5 million. Perhaps more since AFK fishing would still be more profitable.
