Changes to the Guild Advisor Rank rights:

• Added the ability to learn skills
• Added the ability to cancel the war
• Added the ability to increase the maximum count of players
• Added the ability to increase the count of players defence
• Added the ability to set the coat of arms
• Added the ability to claim the rank of the chapter, in case of its absence
• Added the ability to assign ranks to members
• Added the ability to use guild skills, where it says that this rank can use them
• Added the ability to pay bonuses
