• Implemented an automatic ban, upon repeated notification of the use of CE (Speed Up Time and Animation)
• Implemented the release of a seasonal character
• Fixed spawn points for fishing boats, rafts, and other objects at Velia Wharf that were spawned at the old location
• Fixed a bug with guild quests when there was a monster bug
