Old Moon Guild's Support - over-capping issue

When inputting the materials to upgrade the ring, the game lagged when I put in "Old Moon Alchemy Catalyst" and I interacted with it twice and that resulted in doubling the materials . As you can see in the image it says 400/200 which should not be possible. Now the game doesn't let me put in the Duo Crescent Ring to upgrade saying "Please fill the rest of the materials." so I cannot continue the upgrade process. I also cannot "take away" the catalyst to make it 200/200 because there is no interaction when I click the picture. Restarted the game and that didn't help. Don't care for the lost 200 catalyst, just want to be able to complete the upgrade.
