Potential Game Errors and Account Issues

Loss of data from account:
If you have any difficulties with entering the game,in the form of data loss from the "Account",be it a login or a password.In this case,there are three ways to solve the problem,namely:

• You should find the User.config file along the path: - User\Appdata\Local\Melissia Games\Melissia Games_exe_url. Open it with Notepad and in certain lines you can find your data. (Look carefully, this method will help you only if if you have not reinstalled the OS and have at least once saved your Account in the launcher).
• The second way is to go to the site with account recovery,which is indicated in the list of Server Sites and try to recover data via mail.
• The third way is through the Administrator,you must write to him with a request to restore the data.(Do not spam too often in PM,he is also a person and may not respond for some time due to being busy).

Other ways to download the client:
You can also download the game client through the launcher itself. If suddenly the links written above did not help you.
To do this, you need to follow these steps:

• Download the launcher itself from the link above.
• Unpack it to the System folder and run it.
• After launching the Launcher, it will download the necessary startup files.
• After the download of small files is completed, select "Language" in the upper right corner, then the package download will start again, wait for the download to complete.
• Log in to your account and if he did not download 34 GB files by himself, click the Forse Check button in the lower left corner and wait for the download to complete(Download speed may be slow, but it will increase to standard over time.)

Error: СoherentUI64.dll/bink2w64.dll
This error means that there is no library with game files.
In most cases, this happens when you download only one launcher.
Ways to solve the error:

• Download the game client from the links above and unzip all files to the Launcher folder, which should be on the system drive.
• A possible solution to this problem might be to check the game files. You can check the game files using the Forse Check button.

Errors downloading files through Launcher:
In rare cases, when downloading files through the Game Launcher, you may encounter problems with the absence of some files after downloading or stopping the download itself in the Launcher. In this case, there are several recommendations that may help you:

• Disable the antivirus on your computer and try to continue downloading through the Launcher. (In rare cases, antivirus can block some files while downloading).
• You may not have noticed, but Launcher can open a Firewall confirmation window to launch the Exe file. You must definitely Allow/Confirm this action.
• If you stop downloading files, try restarting the Launcher itself, restarting it, if it did not automatically continue downloading, click the Force Check button.
