New Account, Can't Log In

I've seen another post about this but couldn't find any solution...

Just joined this morning to try you guys out since you have the new updates (I'm another ex-Gamez player haha) and it's giving me the error of 'Account does not exist or Invalid Password' when I try to log in... Already tried resetting to a different symbol (!@#$) and it's still giving the same error. Tried to wait as well to see if I just needed to be approved or something.

Can't wait to hop in and play again! Thanks so much for your time <3

First shows that the Launcher accepts my password and logs me in just fine, second is the actual error in game

Same issue, my account was made about a week ago, but only just installed the game last night. Got the same issue.

It looks as tho there may be a complexity password issue, dont use symbols.
